As people go – so go their votes”

As the 2016 political campaigns heat up, we made some predictions on the outcome of the recent New Hampshire primary.

And we came within 3% of the actual results.

How’d we do that?

Using our proprietary Event & Activity attendance database, we captured voter attendances at each political rally and meetup across the entire state and based on those, calculated how the votes would stack up based on which events were most heavily attended and for how long.

We predicted:

The results:

But we didn’t stop there.  By capturing the local events and places these voters went while in New Hampshire, we also learned:

The number 1 coffee restaurant visited:

  • Democrats: Starbucks
  • Republicans: Dunkin’s

The number one health-related activities:

  • Democrats: Spa Visits
  • Republicans: Local Gyms/working out

To illustrate the predictive power of event attendance, we thought we’d share below just a sample of the actual events we maintain and used to gather voter-attendances, out of which came our predictions.

With thousands of local political events in our database across the nation, and millions of “Politically Passionate” voters that attend them, how much do you think political candidates’ campaigns would love to get their hands on THESE voters?
